Extra time in the theory exam
Some candidates need more time. For them the CBR has an exam with extra time and an individually supervised exam (individueel begeleid examen).

How much extra time?
These are the times the CBR names:
Car, motorcycle and moped: 45 minutes instead of 30, in the exam with extra time and in the individually supervised exam.
Klein Vaarbewijs I: 15 extra minutes in the exam with extra time or individual supervision (the regular exam takes 60 minutes).
Who qualifies and how to apply
The CBR decides, not us. The CBR pages explain which theory exam suits you and what to do. We deliberately state no conditions here, because we have not checked them with the CBR.

Our overview names no extra-time arrangement for these exams. That does not mean there is none: check on cbr.nl before you book.
Practising with more time
Extra time is about the real exam. Practise mainly with full exams, so you get to know the pace of the questions, even if you will get extra time.
